On the Block: Exit the dragon? A Bruce Lee dojo changes hand
A humble 18-unit University District apartment building with a Bruce Lee connection recently sold for $3.5 million, according to King County records. The buyer at 4750 University Way N.E. was Steelgate Enterprises II LLC, which is associated with Bellevue investors.
No new plans have been filed. Nor, despite talk of landmarking last year, is the 65-year-old building protected against future demolition and redevelopment.
