On the Block: Housing planned for Pacific Tower campus
On one hand, Pacific Tower couldn't be doing any better. The 84-year-old landmarked building, on the prominent prow of Beacon Hill, is fully leased.
Seattle Central College, FareStart, BikeWorks and other nonprofits are among the tenants in the 16-story building at 1200 12th Ave. S., which is owned by the Pacific Hospital Preservation & Development Authority.
