On the Block: Huge hotel creates affordable housing in the ID
On a steep hillside just south of Yesler Way, Stream Real Estate is preparing to build 160 units of affordable housing above a new daycare center at 101 Sixth Ave. S.
The site — now a parking lot — was acquired in July by Sixth & Yesler LLC for The Hana, a seven-story, C-shaped courtyard building.
