An oblivious proclivity

Juvenile crime is on the rise. And as shown by Sun Mountain Prods., Inc. v. Pierre, parents shouldn't automatically expect to avoid liability for their chil dren's criminal acts. In that case, the issue was whether a certain King County couple should have to pay for their son's felonious habits.
