Mithun promoted Lynn McBride and Daniel Swaab of the Seattle office, and Malcolm Harris of the San Francisco office to principal, and Erik Hagen of the Los Angeles office to associate principal. McBride has been with Mithun for 20 years, managing national projects, including Mesa Nueva Graduate and Professional Student Housing at the University of California, San Diego. Swaab is an architect with over 20 years of experience with public and private projects, including Heartline and Press Blocks in Portland. Harris does project management and has led design and construction administration for multifamily projects in California, including 1180 Fourth Street. Hagen is an architect and project manager on higher education, multifamily, workplace and retail projects. His work includes Mesa Court Towers for the University of California, Irvine.





Seattle-based Caron Architecture hired Pragnesh Parikh as a senior project manager, Stefania Minotti as a project architect and Aaron Blaha, Jing Dai and Mei Yang as designers. Parikh has over 25 years of architectural and project management experience. He works on mixed-use and high-rise projects, including the 39-story Shilla Tower in Seattle. Minotti is an architect with over 10 years of experience on residential, mixed-use and commercial projects. She is working on Shilla Tower. Blaha has over two years of experience on retail, commercial and mixed-use projects, and is working on 2121 5th Avenue, an 18-story mixed-use project in Seattle. Dai has over three years of architecture and interior design experience, and works on multifamily and mixed-use projects. Yang has over four years of international design experience. She works on Tacoma Town Center, which has housing, office and retail spaces. Caron provides predevelopment/master planning, architecture, interior design and space planning.






Davido Consulting Group hired Carly McArdle, Jack Lasley and Selina Gilbertson as civil engineers, Spencer Feathers and Lacy Williams as design engineers, and Joel Harkness as a structural engineering technician. McArdle has nine years of experience in civil site design. She is working on sitework for private and municipal projects. Lasley is a recent graduate of Seattle University, and works on stormwater and drainage projects. Gilbertson works on water resource projects. Feathers holds a master's in civil engineering from the University of Washington, and works on multifamily projects. Williams is a recent graduate of California Polytechnic State University, and works on stormwater and drainage projects. McArdle, Lasley and Feathers are in the Forest Park headquarters of the engineering firm. Williams and Harkness work in Mount Vernon, and Gilbertson on Whidbey Island.

Seattle-based Quantum Consulting Engineers hired Colton Litzenberger as a staff engineer. He has a bachelor's in civil engineering from Montana State University and five years of experience. He focuses on TIs and high-end housing. Quantum provides structural engineering.

Seattle-based Johnston Architects promoted Megan McKay to partner. McKay has worked on libraries, mixed-use and multifamily developments. She joins Mary Johnston as the second female partner at Johnston Architects, which provides architectural, interior design and planning services.



In Redmond, Otak hired Garrett Anderson as an engineering designer and water resource analyst, Bob Mileti as a structural designer and Joe Kraft as a land surveyor. Anderson is an engineer-in-training with experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and design. He is working on drainage projects. Mileti is an engineer intern with four years of structural experience on bridge inspection, rehab design and load rating projects. He is working on a trail bridge for the Department of Natural Resources. Kraft has experience with ALTA/ACSM land title, boundary and topographic surveys; right-of-way research and plans; and final plats. He is working on 180th Street Southeast for Snohomish County. Otak is an urban design, architecture, planning and engineering firm.









Stantec promoted Bill Butler, Chris Gdak and Maureen Jackson to principal, Chris Ruiz and Tim Tobin to senior associate, and Paul Erskine, Daryl Fonslow, Mike Lemasa and Darold Woodward to associate. Butler is senior counsel. He has over 40 years of experience in management, legal administration, strategy, public company issues and corporate governance. Gdak is a senior project manager. He leads an environmental team in the western U.S. that specializes in brownfield projects. Jackson is an electrical engineer with over 28 years of experience, with an emphasis on commercial and health care projects. Ruiz focuses on water and wastewater projects. He has 20 years of experience and provides project management, plan review and construction observation for public and private clients. Tobin is a project manager and engineer specializing in municipal water, sewer and storm drainage projects. He has 22 years of experience. Erskine is an electrical project manager and engineer with over a decade of experience. Fonslow is an electrical engineer, project manager and LEED designer with over 10 years of experience. Lemasa is a land surveyor and senior project surveyor who has over 32 years of experience. Woodward is a senior project manager and electrical engineer focusing on water, wastewater, power generation and industrial facilities. He has over 29 years of experience. Butler, Gdak, Ruiz, Tobin, Lemasa and Woodward work in Bellevue. Jackson works in Lynnwood, and Erskine and Fonslow are in Seattle. Stantec provides engineering, architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, surveying, environmental sciences, construction services, project management and project economics.

OAC Services promoted Heather Hill to senior project coordinator in the construction management group. Hill has over 20 years of industry experience. Her work has included Microsoft projects, for which she has provided project team support, including financial and administrative assistance.
