R.C. Hedreen Co. wants to build a 1,680-room convention hotel and low-income housing above a podium with retail, ballrooms and meeting space.
The developer R.C. Hedreen Co. wants to start utility work early next year and demolition next summer on the 40-story convention hotel complex it plans at Ninth and Stewart.
