Here's some news out of Renton: the owners of the 200,000-square-foot building that houses the Federal Aviation Administration are marketing it for sale.
Real Estate Alert yesterday reported the building may attract bids of up to $40 million. That's $4 million more than Seattle-based Unico Properties and J.P. Morgan Asset Management paid for it in 2007.
