Two bits of news from Benaroya: the long-time Seattle investment and development company is moving to Bellevue at month's end, and is on the verge of selling the former Manning's/Denny's property at the gateway to Ballard.
A buyer signed a letter of intent last week for the multi-family site, according to Larry Benaroya. He expects the sale to close in two or three months, which is relatively fast for a commercial site. Chalk that up to the fact that the land is fully entitled.
