Real Estate Buzz: Wasatch says condo sales picking up

From January to August of this year Wasatch Development sold only one unit per month in its two-tower Washington Square complex in downtown Bellevue, but a company spokesman says in the last three months it sold or put under contract 27 condos.
The Salt Lake City-based developer says the 377-unit project has suffered with the rest of the housing market due to the national recession, but the firm is pleased sales have picked up recently.
