More investors and renters are showing interest in the Tukwila/SeaTac area in anticipation of light rail coming to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport next year, said Joe Levin, vice president, multifamily for Colliers International.
Levin and Jason Davis, an associate with the firm, said suburban hubs — areas with business, commercial and housing near light rail stations — should grow as light rail comes on line in the Puget Sound region.
