Blue Origin signs big Des Moines lease, with manufacturing facility planned

Newmark announced the lease, on behalf of landlord Prologis, but not the tenant.

Once occupied by Bartell/Rite Aid, at 21202 24th Ave. S. in Des Moines, is a 265,922-square-foot industrial building that became vacant last year. The lease, with landlord Prologis, was voided during bankruptcy proceedings for those drugstore chains.
