More names, more money, for I-90 Eastrail crossing

The so-called Steel Bridge over the freeway will need a retrofit and scrubbing of old graffiti.

Are bike trails DEI? So says Sean Duffy, who leads the U.S. Department of Transportation. But that social media remark, this summer, came too late to stop senators Maria Cantwell and Patty Murray from securing $25 million in federal funding from that department, two years ago, for a segment of Eastrail. (That was, admittedly, during the more bike-friendly Biden era.)
