WWU to pay $12.5M for former hospital campus

    Western Washington University has reached a sale agreement with PeaceHealth to purchase 7.5 acres at the intersection of Holly, Jersey and Ellis streets — a prominent gateway to downtown Bellingham around two miles from the university campus.
