283 Olympia units trade to FPA for over $43M

Now dubbed ReNew Evergreen, that complex dates to 1973.

Institutional Property Advisors announced this week that it had brokered both sides of a two-property Olympia apartment deal worth about $43.7 million. Bender Equities, of Oregon, was the seller and original developer. FPA Multifamily, a regular in our market, was the buyer.
