Newmark finds $55M for nearly full Yesler Terrace apartments

The 200-unit development includes a rooftop sky lounge, coworking and lounge spaces, and private dining areas.

Up at Yesler Terrace, Mack Real Estate Group opened its Swell apartment building in late 2024. Its 200 units were then leasing at 821 S. Washington St.
