Up in Everett, says mall owner, Topgolf is still happening

Looking southeast, the freeway lies immediately beyond the Topgolf netting.

Brixton Capital bought the Everett Mall nine years ago, then more recently launched a renovation and rebranding scheme. Thus the shopping center at 1402 S.E. Everett Mall Way now goes by the Hub @ Everett. (Shoppers can still consult shopeverettmall.com to see what's open; the food court and mall interior are closed for renovations.)
