Integrus puts PSQ headquarters on the block

Integrus has had a decades-long run as a successful Seattle architecture firm. It purchased the Union Trust Annex building in 2007, then extensively renovated its Pioneer Square headquarters at 117 S. Main St. The four-story building, now about 125 years old, has around 26,890 square feet — including the daylight basement and a mezzanine.
