Eastdil Secured Savills selling the Bellevue Collection

BELLEVUE — Kemper Development announced this month that it would sell the Bellevue Collection, with its shops, cinemas, restaurants, offices and hotel rooms.

Now it's tapped a broker: Eastdil Secured Savills. (Savills acquired Eastdil Secured last month, hence the name change.)
