TA Realty pays $102M for 204-unit Boulder Creek in Sammamish

The complex is actually closer to Issaquah than Sammamish Town Center.

The Boulder Creek apartments, at 4425 Issaquah-Pine Lake Road S.E. in Sammamish, sold last week for $102 million, according to King County records.
