Tenants are hoped to take occupancy in early 2028.

Back in 2018, immediately south of the Boys & Girls Club in Greenwood, Bellwether Housing acquired a bus parking lot. Boundary lines were later redrawn, and an affordable housing proposal emerged at 8601 Fremont Ave. N., which won't affect the club's existing buildings, playground and sports field.
