Everis opens its initial 234 units at Northgate Station

Looking northeast, the north building received its TCO last month. The south Phase II should open in coming months.

The very first residential component at Northgate Station, meaning the main property being redeveloped by owner Simon Property Group, has debuted at Everis. Those 234 units received their temporary certificate of occupancy last month at 10500 Fourth Ave. N., and are now leasing.
