Phoenix plans 150 Ravenna units

SEATTLE — The Cohanim family has long owned a cluster of old buildings at 2110 N.E. 65th St., in the Ravenna neighborhood. They're home to the likes of Zeeks Pizza, Bagel Oasis, Zary Bakery and Seattle Samosa.

Those could go away, with a new apartment building to take their place.
