Infiniti of Bellevue is now a TOD offering at Wilburton Station

Looking west, the property is kitty corner to the station.

Over in Bellevue, east of the freeway, the old Auto Row is shrinking fast. A proximate cause is, of course, Wilburton Station and its light-rail connection this spring to Seattle and points beyond. Developers began buying up car lots along 116th Avenue Northeast well over a decade ago.
