In Ballard and Denny Triangle sales, Holland gets $505M for two new apartment buildings

The Ballard Independent opened a little over a year ago.

Two parts of a larger national portfolio sale closed this week in Seattle, and two other recent apartment projects from Holland Partner Group will evidently sell in San Diego and near Portland.
