Tesla repair shop sells for over $18M

By JOURNAL STAFF

TACOMA — An industrial building at 5950 N. Ninth St. sold last week for $18.4 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was Drake Tacoma Partners LLC of Denver, which acquired the property last year for $7.4 million. It was probably then vacant.
