Intracorp still planning Bellevue office demo and new townhouses

One of the doomed buildings ...

The demolition of Class B office buildings — considered old on the Eastside, but not truly old — is becoming a regular phenomenon now. As the DJC reported early last year, Intracorp has its eyes on two such buildings at 2229-2233 112th Ave. N.E. That's in the Bellewood Office Park, a little west of Interstate 405 and north of downtown.
