Development site sells for $4M

MERCER ISLAND — A vacant commercial building at 7707 S.E. 29th St. sold this week for a bit over $4 million, according to King County records. The seller was 7707 29 LLC, which acquired the property in 2021 for $4.2 million. Qwest was then the seller.

This week's buyer was C&C770729 LLC, which is associated with an owner of Charlie's Produce. No new plans have been filed.
