Security Properties pays over $55M for 134 Issaquah units

Polygon was the original developer, back in 2001.

An apartment complex at 5105 Issaquah-Pine Lake Road S.E. sold this week for $55.1 million, according to King County records. The seller was PWP DEL LLC, associated with JB Matteson, a Bay Area investor that acquired the garden apartments in 2012 for almost $28.2 million.
