Kent warehouse sells for nearly $9M

By JOURNAL STAFF

KENT — An industrial property at 7327 S. 228th St. sold this week for $8.7 million, according to King County records.

The seller was American Wholesale Florists of Sea-Tac, which acquired the new building in 2000 for $1.5 million.
