For over $85M, BKM makes another big industrial buy in the Kent Valley

In late June, as the DJC and others then reported, there was a national industrial portfolio sale worth about $1.8 billion. The seller was Link Logistics, and the buyers were BKM Capital Partners and Kayne Anderson Real Estate.
