Near Wilburton Station, proposed Hyatt House takes shape

A groundbreaking is anticipated next year, but not assured.

The Bellevue land sold two years ago at 1300 116th Ave. N.E. That's now occupied by a small old medical office building, which is bound for demolition. It's on the east side of the freeway, near Lake Bellevue, and about an eight-minute walk south to Wilburton Station.
