Loyal Heights units planned

SEATTLE — Two old houses at 8345 26th Ave. N.W. have been assembled by a local investor. They're on the corner of 85th, a few blocks east of Golden Gardens Park.

This week came a redevelopment plan, with the units not yet enumerated, for a new three-story apartment building.
