SEATTLE — An old house at 830 N.E. 67th St. sold this spring to a pair of local investors, via an LLC.
The deal was worth just over $1.3 million for a tear-down sitting on a midblock parcel with 4,635 square feet. It's one of the last single-family homes on that stretch of 67th, near both Roosevelt Station and the Park & Ride lots beneath the freeway.
