New Frederickson industrial duo sells for over $37M

Construction looks to have begun about a year after the land sale.

The fairly new Canyon Road Commerce Center, with two industrial buildings at 5103-5223 136th St. E., sold earlier this month for $37.2 million, according to Pierce County records.
