Alliance pays over $13M for Vulcan dirt, with 384 Renton units to start ‘immediately'

The 7-acre site had until recently been used for construction staging.

CBRE put a handful of multifamily projects on the market last year, to be sold by Vulcan Real Estate. In Renton, the status of Kennydale Gateway, with 384 units planned, had been listed as pending for many months — then flipped to “under contract.” This week came the $13.8 million land sale to Broadstone East Lake Washington Owner LLC, which is associated with Alliance Residential.
