The station and its huge 1,403-stall garage are directly across the street from the site.

The land, being offered by Foundation Group, hasn't yet sold. However, apartment plans have been brewing since January next to Marymoor Station, at 17351 N.E. 70th St. That's a Redmond industrial property directly south of the station (and state Route 520), now used mostly for car and boat storage.
