Mercer Island units sell for nearly $11M

By JOURNAL STAFF

MERCER ISLAND — The Avellino apartments, at 2836 78th Ave. S.E., sold last week for just over $10.8 million, according to King County records.

The seller was a family investor group, which acquired the land in 1997 for $538,000, then later developed the building.
