The future apartments ...

There was no announcement for the Kirkland groundbreaking, apparently last November or December, at 12233 N.E. Totem Lake Way. There, Alliance Residential had earlier paid $9.2 million for the vacant site where the Totem Lake Hotel was demolished last spring.
