Cap Hill warehouse trades for $10M

SEATTLE — An old auto-parts warehouse at 1520 13th Ave. sold last week for $10.1 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Auto Accessories. That business was established by the Rivily family in 1958. It seems to have acquired the building about the same time. The business apparently closed during the pandemic.
