Olson Kundig bids adieu to Lusty Lady, with new architect reviving reno plan

The empty hulk, seen here two years ago, looks no different today.

At 1315 First Ave., opposite Seattle Art Museum, plans for renovating the long-vacant former Lusty Lady/Seven Seas building haven't budged since the spring of 2024. Local owner Andrew Conru intends some sort of arts and events space.
