SEATTLE — Possibly bound for future development, a corner site at 1407 N.W. 85th St. sold this week for $3.3 million, according to King County records. The seller was Emerald City Land Management LLC, which is associated with the owners of Bob Johnson's Pharmacy and Emerald City Naturopathic Clinic. They acquired the property in 1994 for $520,000.
The buyer was 85th and 15th Ave LLC, which is associated with LDG Architects. That firm filed a preliminary seven-story, 120-unit proposal almost exactly two years ago, but it's been mostly quiet since then.
