In Totem Lake, Inland Group opens another 242 units at Polaris

The companion Adara apartment building opened last fall.

Inland Group began work in the Totem Lake area of Kirkland nearly three years ago on a large three-building apartment project. It carries two brands, and is a mixed-income development that skews heavily toward workforce housing.
