Clarion takes The Grand at Spokane

Clarion Partners, a specialist investment manager under Franklin Templeton, has announced the acquisition of The Grand at Spokane, a luxury senior living community at 5401 S. Regal St.

The 137-unit facility, developed in 2024 by NexCore Group, offers independent living, assisted living and memory care. The acquisition was made on behalf of one of Clarion's commingled funds.
