108 Tacoma units trade for $16M

TACOMA — An apartment complex at 6830 Tacoma Mall Blvd. sold last month for almost $15.9 million. Pierce County only recently recorded the sale.

The sellers were several LLCs associated with Investors Management Group, which has offices in Portland and Southern California. It acquired the property in 2016 for $11.4 million.
