Renton Rite Aid trades for over $7M

RENTON — A vacant former Rite Aid store, at 3116 N.E. Sunset Blvd. in the Highlands area, sold this week for over $7.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was JF Investments, a California partnership that acquired the occupied property in 2022 for $6.4 million. That was before Rite Aid's final descent into bankruptcy.
