With pollution in the rear view, Bridge debuts new Kent industrial building

The building during construction last year ...

Industrial specialist Bridge didn't announce the start for its new Bridge Point Kent 180 logistics building, at 7730 S. 202nd St. Nor did it announce its recent completion. But leasing materials from Newmark say the 181,702-square-foot building was to be delivered in January. And the marketing materials feature many fresh photos of the building and its roughly year-long construction period. Synthesis was the architect for the concrete tilt-up job, and Poe Construction the builder.
