On a corner site it has yet to acquire, Holland Partner Group is planning a seven-story, 238-unit apartment building at 2318 N.W. Market St. The Ballard property has four owners, with brokers unknown. If assembled, it would total about 51,000 square feet. It's on the corner of 24th Avenue Northwest.
