Wildfire risk: what AEC firms need to know

    Wildfires can spread at a speed of up to 14 miles per hour without any other factors like wind, elevation, or fuel being added. For an architecture, engineering, or construction firm with crews in the field, a project site in a high-exposure corridor, or having a supply chain running through fire-prone regions, that speed of travel leaves little margin for error.
