Crews finish second phase of First Avenue South bridge repairs

  • The contractor search is slated to kick off in December for the final, larger deck replacement.

    WSDOT crews completed Phase I repairs in March on the northbound bridge that connects Georgetown and South Park.

    Crews completed finishing work Tuesday night for Phase II emergency repairs on state Route 99's northbound First Avenue South bridge in Seattle.
