Seattle land use hearing Sept. 16

SEATTLE —The Seattle City Council's Land Use and Sustainability Committee will hold a public hearing on Sept. 16 to consider legislation that would modify development standards for institutional uses in multifamily residential zones across the city.

The proposal would also eliminate existing dispersion requirements for institutional uses in multifamily zones.
